Why can’t you tell me if a player has been banned?

Due to privacy restrictions, we cannot release any information about specific player accounts that do not belong to you. This includes any personal information off the account, discipline action taken on the account, or any other interactions with a user we may have.

We can, however, give you this assurance: if predatory behavior is reported in Animal Jam, we investigate and take action. If, following our investigation, the accused player has not been removed from the game, it’s because there wasn’t enough evidence in-game to prove the accusation. We will continually work to suspend and even ban accounts that violate our rules and terms of service.
