The Parent Account is the permission account that is created when an account is registered. To access the parent account, you can log into the Parent Tools which gives parents a number of settings that allow them to manage all aspects of their child's online presence in Animal Jam. 

The following player account options can be accessed via the Parent Tools:
     - Password resets.
     - Player account enabling/disabling.
     - Login history.
     - Discipline history and current account status.
     - Chat option (Please note that "Safe Chat - Plus" is a member-only feature).
     - Gifting and trading ability toggles.
     - Billing and redemption code history.
     - Membership controls (for purchases made on website)

To keep parents up-to-date on their children's Animal Jam Classic experience, all email notifications will be sent to the parent email associated with the Parent Account.
