When a membership is purchased it it applied to the player account. If an account is registered to a different email or purchased with a different email than is connected to the player account, you may have an issue canceling your recurring from your parent tools, so please submit a request below.
Please be sure and provide all requested information when choosing the "Billing Issues" option and "Main issue - Cancel Payments". This will take longer and may not be reached before the recurring date, so be sure to allow ample time if you choose not to activate your parent account.
If payment was made with a credit card:
- Full name on credit card
- Full billing address
- Last four digits of the credit card used or the Animal Jam Transaction ID or confirmation number that accompanied the membership purchase
If payment was made with PayPal:
- PayPal account email address
- Unique PayPal Transaction ID number, provided by PayPal when an order is initiated.
