What if I forgot my account information?

If you registered your account with a Parent Email AND completed the registration steps emailed to you:

  • You can locate your Username by logging into the Parent Tools here: https://parents.animaljam.com/
  • You can reset your Password by choosing the "Forgot Password" option at the login screen and following the instructions emailed to you.

If you have not registered your account with a Parent Email but can still log in, make sure to attach an email by clicking the present icon at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions emailed to you.

Please Note:

  • Our team is not able to provide Passwords or Emails attached to accounts.
  • If you do not have an email attached to your account OR if the email attached is incorrect, you will be unable to receive the Password Reset email.
  • Inactive accounts are deleted automatically and our team is not able to restore them.
