We want to provide some information regarding the AJ and AJ Classic Desktop Apps.

• While you can use the same Username, Email, and Membership for both games, each of them are different and your items will not transfer between them.
• It is also important to note that each of the Desktop Apps are only available for Windows and Mac PC/Laptops. Linux is not supported at this time.
• Chromebooks are not supported devices and they will be unable to run the Desktop Apps.
• The installer name for both apps is the same, so make sure you are deleting the installer files after you install the Desktop Apps!

To Download the AJ Desktop App...

1. Open the AJ website by clicking here: https://www.animaljam.com/en
2. Click the Download button at the top right.
3. Launch the AnimalJamInstaller.exe file.

Once you are done installing, make sure to delete the AnimalJamInstaller.exe file since you don't need it anymore.

To Download the AJ Classic Desktop App...

1. Open the AJ website by clicking here: https://classic.animaljam.com/en
2. Click the Download button at the top right.
3. Launch the AnimalJamInstaller.exe file.

Once you are done installing, make sure to delete the AnimalJamInstaller.exe file since you don't need it anymore.
