1. Visit the Parent Tools and log in using your email.

2. Select the Player Account from the drop-down.

3. Make sure you select the correct game tab (AJ = AJ Classic or PW = Animal Jam).

4. Click the Chat options and choose the chat you want for that Player Account.

Please note that while all in-game chat is filtered and moderated, there may still be some chat messages that can get through and may be offensive to some players. Click here to learn how to report players you see breaking the rules.

Finally, there is an option of Restricted Bubble chat available from our customer support. This allows for only bubble chat to be used and read. It is the most limited form of the chat experience and can be requested by submitting a request below.
