Animal Jam's one (1) month and six (6) month memberships are recurring, which means they automatically renew at the end of their membership terms—every 30 and 183 days, respectively.

You can cancel a recurring membership at any time through your Parent Account. Please note that the player account will still be able to enjoy the benefits of its Animal Jam membership until the end of the membership term, at which point no further recurring transactions will be charged.

When a membership is purchased it it applied to the player account. If an account is registered to a different email or purchased with a different email than is connected to the player account, you may have an issue canceling your recurring from your parent tools, so please submit a request below.
