1. Log into the Parent Account
2. Select the player account with the recurring membership you would like to reactivate
3. Under the Settings Cogwheel to view the membership options 
4. select Auto Renew: Off and from the drop down click "Auto Renew: On"
   
   
5. A pop-up will appear. To confirm reactivation of recurring membership, click the Yes button

The player account will continue to be able to enjoy the benefits of its Animal Jam membership. When the membership end date occurs, a renewal transaction will be charged.

Please note that only one (1) month and six (6) month memberships may recur.
