What should I do if I am not receiving activation or password reset emails?

There may be a number of reasons why you are not receiving Account activation or password reset emails.

  • Check your email's spam and junk folders. Important emails occasionally get misidentified as spam. If you are using Gmail, be sure to check your promotions folder too.
  • Verify that the parent email address entered during registration is correct. If your email address was entered incorrectly, click here to learn how to update it.
  • If you use AOL, try updating your parent email to another email address from a different provider, such as Gmail or Yahoo.
  • If you have an exceptionally old account that has not been accessed in the last six months, it may have been deleted or rendered inactive. We are unable to restore deleted accounts.
