There may be a number of reasons your computer screen is not displaying Animal Jam properly.

Screen Resolution
The resolution of your screen—the number of pixels that are visible—may be set too low. We recommend adjusting the resolution in the display settings on your computer.

Mouse Wheel
Many computer mice come with a built-in wheel which is often set by default to handle zoom function. If the Animal Jam game window is zoomed too far in or out, click on the blue area outside the game, then hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and roll the mouse wheel until the window is properly resized.

You can also return the zoom to its default setting by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing the 0 key. If your computer is a Mac, hold down the Apple or Cmd key, then press the + key.
