What is Animal Jam's refund policy?

General Refund Policy
Refund requests that are received within seven (7) days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, including automatically-renewing memberships. Except as described below, no refunds will be given after seven days from the date of purchase.

Unauthorized Purchases
In the instance of unauthorized charges, refund requests that are received within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the Animal Jam player account has logged in and played three or fewer times. No unauthorized purchase refunds will be given after thirty days from the date of purchase, or if the player account has four or more plays.

This unauthorized purchase policy only applies to initial purchases, not any automatically-renewing charges.

Duplicate Orders
In the instance of duplicate charges, refund requests that are received within forty-five (45) days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. 

Please note that refunds can only be made to the original form of payment, and they cannot be issued to a different credit card or via a different payment method. If the credit card used for the transaction has been cancelled or has expired, a refund cannot be issued.

Please note any chargebacks filed as fraud and unauthorized will be treated as such, and the account that the fraudulent purchase is tied to will be permanently banned.

The above refund policy does not apply to purchases made through the Apple, Google, Amazon, or Steam.  For refunds for any In-App purchase, please contact your store directly.
